Scotland County Health Department Finance Department is responsible for investing the Health Department's monies, financial reporting, cash flow and banking, managing the Health Department's debt and debt payments, budgetary compliance, payroll, and much more.

Fees, Eligibility & Billing

In accordance with G.S. 130A-39(g), which allows local health departments to implement fees for services rendered, the Scotland County Health Department, with the approval of the county’s governing board will implement specific fees for services and seek reimbursement for services. The method used for setting fees will be solely based on the cost to provide the service.

Submitting a Training and Travel Request

The Training and Travel Authorization Request form allows employees to request authorization for training and travel arrangements.
