Director: Roylin Hammond

Mr. Hammond directs operations of the Scotland County Area Transit System. These tasks can be broken down into the following areas: needs assessment and planning, budget preparation, administrative duties to follow budget plans, policy review and planning for Transportation, coordination of oversight with the Transportation Coordinator, local Medical Facilities, plus employees, fosters staff development, develops and monitors all programs.
