Mr. Hammond directs operations of the Scotland County Emergency Services.
These tasks can be broken down into the following areas: needs assessment and
planning, budget preparation, administrative duties to follow budget plans,
policy review and planning for EMS, E-911, Transportation, and Emergency
Management operations, coordination of oversight with the Assistant Director,
Transportation Coordinator, and Medical Director, sponsor hospital, plus the
emergency department staff and employees, fosters staff development, develops
and monitors all programs.
