 Welcome to the Scotland County Emergency Services Web Page. Here you will find information regarding EMS, E-911 and Emergency Management, along with County Transportation in Scotland County as well as links to all-related web pages. Please keep in mind that this site will be continuously under construction due to the ever changing world of our service. Your comments would be appreciated and will be used to improve our service. Our Mission

Scotland County Emergency Service's mission is to serve as the Public Safety Answering Point for E-911 calls placed by county residents, to process those calls in the appropriate manner, transferring calls to the Sheriff's Department, the Fire Department, and the Laurinburg Police Department as required; and in cases of medical emergencies, dispatch professionally staffed Paramedic units with Rescue Squad equipment and personnel to provide pre-hospital emergency medical care and transport to the citizens of and visitors to Scotland County
