Matthew is responsible for the day to day operations of EMS located at the EMS facility. He oversees all EMS training activities; he provides oversight and direction for all electronic data accumulation and/or distribution associated with the computer network systems; in coordination with the Medical Director, he provides oversight and direction to EMS medical protocol; he serves as human resources point of contact for the department; and he is responsible for ordering and monitoring all medical supplies. In the absence of the Director, Matthew assumes all the responsibilities of the Director.
