The mission of the Scotland County Board of Elections is to provide the citizens of Scotland County with the opportunity to register to vote and by using the latest innovations and services, to exercise one of their most important guaranteed rights, the right to vote.  We also endeavor to provide the highest degree of service to all candidates during the electoral process.
