Important Survey to Improve Health of our County!

If you are a Scotland County resident, the Scotland County Health Department is asking that you take a few minutes to complete this important survey. Scotland County Health Department along with Scotland Health Care System is required to provide a Community Health Assessment Report every three years to the NC Department of Health and Human Services.

This assessment will provide direction and focus for Scotland County Health Department, Scotland Health Care System and other community agencies and organizations in Scotland County. This assessment will serve as a basis for improving and promoting the health of Scotland County residents.
