Nomination Period for Scotland County
Board of Social Services
The Social Services Commission will make an appointment to the Scotland County Board of Social Services to fill the seat of an unexpired term. The unexpired term ends on June 30, 2013. The Social Services Commission will consider nominations and make the appointment to the unexpired term at their next meeting.
The nomination period is scheduled from February 16, 2012 to March 2, 2012. Nominations must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 2, 2012. You may obtain a Nomination Form from the local department of social services office (DSS). The form must be fully completed by the nominee and signed.
