Roylin Hammond directs operations of the Scotland County Area Transit System. The Director is responsible for accessing the system's needs and planning for future growth, development and administration of budgets, and the development and review of the many policies required to keep the system functional. Through coordination of oversight with the Transportation Coordinator, the Safety Coordinator and SCATS staff, with local partners and agencies who utilize the service, the Director is responsible for making the most viable use of the available system resources to best serve the citizens of Scotland County.
