Members of the public may address the Board of Health during the public comment period held immediately after the minutes are approved. The public comment period will provide three (3) minutes per speaker, up to five (5) speakers per meeting, for a total of fifteen (15) minutes. The Board Chair has the authority to require groups with duplicate speakers or comments to designate one (1) or two (2) speakers.
